These terms govern the Iberic Malls Leasing SMS program, operated by Iberic Property Management LLC, doing business as Iberic Malls (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number in connection with a leasing or tenant inquiry, you agree to receive text messages from us under the terms below.
Iberic Malls Leasing SMS is a conversational messaging program between our leasing agents and prospective or current commercial tenants. Messages relate to the inquiry you initiated: answers to questions about available units, pricing and requirements, coordination and confirmation of property visits, and links to our rental application when you request one. We do not send promotional broadcasts through this program.
Message frequency varies with your conversation — typically 2–10 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and nothing further. You can re-join by replying START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
