Iberic Property Management LLC, doing business as Iberic Malls (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This site is informational. We do not run forms, user accounts, or sign-ups, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. This page explains the limited information we do receive when you contact us or visit the site, and how we handle it.

Information you provide

When you reach out to us by email, phone, or SMS, we use what you share — your name, contact details, and the substance of your inquiry — only to respond to that inquiry and to coordinate any follow-up it requires.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number in connection with a leasing or tenant inquiry, you may receive SMS messages from us related to that inquiry — follow-ups, scheduling, and confirmations. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP, or email hello@ibericmalls.com, for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Analytics and site usage

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and navigate this site. Google places cookies on your device to record information such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate (city-level) location, device type, and browser. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. How we share

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as email, telephone, SMS, and analytics providers), with property owners or co-brokers when needed to facilitate an inquiry you have initiated, or where required by law.
