Applications are personal. When you are ready to apply for a unit at one of our centers, an Iberic Malls leasing agent sends you a secure application link by email or, if you choose SMS, by text message. Each link is unique to you and to the unit you are applying for — there is nothing to fill out on this page.
To receive your link by text, either (1) send LEASE or another message about your leasing inquiry to +1 (561) 220-9949, or (2) during a phone or in-person conversation, clearly agree after our agent reads the leasing SMS consent disclosure. We record verbal consent before sending the first text. Either method authorizes only conversational SMS from Iberic Property Management LLC (d/b/a Iberic Malls) about that leasing inquiry; it does not enroll you in tenant and client operations or vendor procurement messaging. Message frequency varies, typically 2–10 messages for the inquiry; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
