Applications are personal. When you are ready to apply for a unit at one of our centers, an Iberic Malls leasing agent sends you a secure application link by email or, if you choose SMS, by text message. Each link is unique to you and to the unit you are applying for — there is nothing to fill out on this page.
To receive your link by text, first provide recorded verbal consent during a phone call or in-person conversation with an Iberic Malls leasing agent. Before sending the first text, the agent reads the leasing SMS disclosure, confirms your mobile number, asks for a clear yes or no, records your response, and confirms enrollment. Consent authorizes only operational SMS about your leasing inquiry; it does not enroll you in tenant and client operations or vendor procurement messaging. Message frequency varies, typically 2–10 messages for the inquiry; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
